This German made ABM Handlebar or Streetfighter Top Yoke Conversion kit for the Honda CBR600RR 03-04 (PC37 non USD fork model) is bike specific consisting of a complete replacement BLACK CNC milled top yoke, handlebar clamps, plus all required fittings and fixtures as required.

These kits give you a much more relaxed posture enabling comfort on longer journeys without radically altering your sports bike.
