This ABM Billet Aluminium BLACK Top Yoke Handlebar Adaptor is for the Kawasaki GPz600r 1985-88 (ZX600A model), the kit includes all nuts and bolts plus a bike specific top yoke adaptor and handlebar clamping blocks for your bike depending on the model.
